Request An Event and Reserve a Room

If your club would like to have an event, the first step is to have the event approved by the Principal. Please submit a Student Event Request Form. This form must be signed by a student and the club advisor. Please note that advisors must attend all club coordinated events. This includes events in which money is being collected for the club.


To reserve a room at the High School during weekday business hours (M-F 7:30am- 6:00pm), please email the following: 

Auditorium - Felicia Fraser
Athletics - Brett Stinchfield

Cafeteria (including expansion and staff cafeteria) - TBA
Library - Karen Vona-McIntyre

To reserve a room at any NPS school after 6pm or on the weekend, a permit from the Town of Needham is required. Permit requests must be submitted (to the Town of Needham) at least 10 working days in advance of the requested event. Please refer to the online School Facility Rental page for calendar of events  (to determine if your desired space is available) and to submit a permit application. Advisors must submit the request.

Please remember that a Student Event Request Form must also be submitted to the Principal to approve the club event before the permit is obtained.
